An evening out for dinner... 
Austin wanted to take the Unimog on a desert safari. They actually call their desert an "arid tropical forest." We enjoyed learning about their culture, and had the opportunity to have a home cooked meal from a family who lives in the forest. Chocolate chicken...fajitas, rice, beans and hibiscus tea. It was served in clay pots, kept warm with a fire. We even tried crickets...roasted and salted of course!
